At Hail-Kings, we ask that you remove all valuable belongings, child seats/boosters, and if your vehicle has any exterior accessories such as roof racks, that you leave the key for it with us.

If you have a hire vehicle option on your insurance policy, we recommend that you organise this with your insurer prior to your repair booking date.

This all depends on your insurance policy. Before we begin repairs, we will inform you whether you will have to pay your excess to us or your insurance company upon completion. We accept all Cash, Eftpos, Mastercard and Visa payments (Please note that there is a credit card surcharge applicable).

We will be in contact with you to decide whether the best option is for you to bring your vehicle to our facility for an assessment, or if it is more convenient for one of our technicians to perform an onsite assessment at a location more suitable for you. We request that the exterior of your vehicle is clean prior to the assessment, so that an accurate estimate can be concluded. The assessment process can generally take up to 30 minutes.
